Domain verification

A Technician will provide you with a TXT record for your domain. This is to verify your ownership of the domain. When you have added the TXT record, please inform the Technician.


SPF

To start using Bitpro Antispam, you must change your current SPF record.

If you already subscribe to Bitpro domain reputation protection, this is handled by Bitpro.

To set it up yourself, add

include:spf.mailanyone.net

to your SPF record.


MX records

Change yor MX records to the following:

dk.mx1.mailanyone.net    10
dk.mx2.mx25.net    20
dk.mx3.mailanyone.net    30
dk.mx4.mx25.net    40


Header info for outgoing emails

You will get a token from Bitpro. This is so that the spam engine will know that it is the authorized server that sends the emails.


Perform the following steps from the Exchange Admin Center to add the token to your Microsoft 365 email headers.

  1. Log in to the Exchange Admin Center
  2. In the left-hand navigation, expand Mail Flow and select Rules
  3. Click +Add a rule and select Create a new rule
  4. Configure the rule settings:
    1. Name: Antispam Outbound token
    2. Apply this rule if: The Sender - is external/internal - Inside the organization
    3. Do the following: Select Modify the message properties > set a message header
  5. Set the message header details:
    • Message Header: X-Vipre-Tenant-Key
    • Value: Paste the token you got from Bitpro
  6. Click Next. On the Set rule settings page, set the Rule mode to Enforce
  7. Click Next to Review the settings and click Finish; you will see a green notification that the transport rule was created successfully
  8. Important! Once saved, the rule is disabled by default; select the rule from the list and toggle the Status to Enabled 

Outgoing smarthost

Set your smarthost to send emails to the following addresses

  • dk.outbound1.mailanyone.net
  • dk.outbound2.mx25.net
  • dk.outbound3.mailanyone.net
  • dk.outbound4.mx25.net
